After an unexpectedly long hiatus, your favorite geek commentary returns. Nobody asked but this episode proves that Science Fiction is the superior genre because it has all the benefits of the other genres. After a bit of clarification about the genres, examples of overlap are discussed. In other news, the "why I wear a jacket" segment has returned by a surprising amount of popular demand. This is a rather heated rant about how I feel the movie industry has messed up movies based on the books I enjoy. Short version: You can make a movie that is different than the book, but you have got to market it the right way. Expectations people; it is all about expectations. The jury is still out on whether or not Die Hard is a Christmas movie.
