Bernie is a Banana Slug. He lives below the strawberry patch in Mrs. Macintyre's garden bed. He wakes up one spring morning and crawls out of his apartment. He crawls past some noisy wood bugs up to the surface. It is a warm spring day and he lets the wind caress his mantle. He hears a shriek. Suddenly he is flying through the air, over the fence into the woods beyond. This is  where his adventure begins.

Part One of Two
 One day while eating lunch with her friend, Lily told a lie. It wasn’t a big lie. It didn’t hurt anyone. She thought that lies that didn’t hurt anyone were ok to tell especially if the lies helped you a little. The little lies did help or so Lily thought. 
 But little lies turn into medium lies.
Medium lies turn into big lies.
 Big lies turn into Monster lies.
 That is when the problem starts. Lily’s lies turn into real monsters with buggy eyes and big slimy teeth. They appear everywhere and taunt her. Lily cannot escape until she discovers the one single thing that can destroy a Lie Monster especially an Eleventy Headed one. 

“Tiny Tina and the Terrible Trouble”
Tina was little. Being little was a good thing. She used that to get her own way. And everyone had always treated her like she was special. But things were changing and Tina needed a plan, a plan she did not have that is until she met Little Trouble – a monster who helped her devise a way to become special again. 
But when things did not go as planned Little Trouble invited Big Trouble and when that did not work , Big Trouble invited Terrible Trouble. And that is when things went horribly wrong. 

Ashley and the Hornets 

Ashley woke with anticipation. Today was the first day of summer. She was looking forward to all the fun she would have. She noticed a small bees’ nest in peak of the house. With each passing day the nest grew and grew. She wasn’t afraid until one day she ran out of the house and slammed the door. That's when it happened and her summer would never be the same …

The Owl Who Thought He was a Mouse

Rodney, the field mouse, is returning home in a thunder storm when he discovers a baby bird hanging from his claw by a red ribbon.  The bird's nest had been destroyed by  a bolt of lightning. Rodney rescues him. He and his friends nurse the baby bird back to health. The baby bird was a saw whet owl and grown up owls eat mice.
Soon the baby owl is too big for the mouse burrow and the mice decide to teach him to fly. Listen to the story to find out how Freddy, the now grown owl, repays the mice for their kindness. 

Billy is working for his father at the Old Cooper place. During the renovation Billy discovers there is more to the property than an old house, a creepy garden shed and an over grown back yard. 

It all starts when Billy’s rock filled wheel barrow rolls over a small hole in the ground and crashes down into a much bigger hole. This leads to a clue that draws Billy into an ancient mystery. 
He wants to solve the mystery himself and even keeps his discoveries from his best friend Jackie. 

Jackie wants to build a tree fort at the back of the property overlooking the freeway. Billy agrees and he and his friends secretly turn it into the best tree fort ever. 
 
On their first night in the tree house they see a strange event that will lead Billy to a dangerous encounter with some very bad people while on a quest to solve the mystery of the Cooper Place.
