Hot or Cold? Overcoming Lukewarm

If you’ve ever ordered coffee at Starbucks then you probably know it only comes in one of two ways: Piping hot or ice cold. Interestingly, in the book of Revelation, God says that’s how He prefers our faith too. In fact, the worst kind of faith is someone who’s not hot or cold but somewhere in the middle. It’s called being lukewarm. This Sunday, we’ll look at a group of Christians that fell into this category in the 1st Century and why it’s still something we struggle with 2,000 years later.
