Sponsorship needs more thought

I enjoyed this podcast except for the advertisements for Nair. I find it sad that in a show about girls doing great thing we get ads that essentially tell us our bodies are flawed (hair) and we need to buy Nair to make ourselves more acceptable. It doesn’t sit comfortably with me at all.

Great content

Love the concept of this podcast. Have listened to many of the podcasts. Interesting to hear from women talking about their experience of motherhood and work. After a while it felt a bit formulatic. Often wished for a more intimate discussion, felt like it was deliberately light. However I guess naturally women would like to keep certain things private. From a political perspective I still find some we live in a culture that expects women to do far far too much and doesn't demand or expect that men share far far more of the running of the household. As Michelle Obama said "Men need to do better".

Nicky McWatters was truly inspiring

I enjoy your podcast and listen regularly, but the one about Nicky and kids and poverty was a stand out episode. I couldn't stop listening. She is such an amazing woman! Thank you for sharing her story with us.
