Not just for Ironmen
As a non competitive cyclist/runner I didn't think this podcast would be for me but Bevan's other excellent podcast made me think it would be worth a listen. Although there were some stories I skipped as I don't follow Ironman, there were interesting pieces on e.g. Lance Armstrong and fascinating interviews.
