Best English Podcast
I have been listening to Luke’s English Podcast for the last 5 years and it is a great podcast for advanced learners of English. Luke is entertaining, NON-patronizing, and open to speak about any topic (even the Kardashians ). I hope you check it out and enjoy it.
Useful, easy to understand but not so amusing
An interesting podcast, suits for people who want to listen to a descent British accent (and yet understandable) and learn some informal phrases as well as few things about words on the streets. Luk is a friendly guy, sometimes looks confused but not arrogant or smug!
I personally wouldn’t bother if he sometimes stops the argument to explain an phrase or slang that has used intentionally.
P.S. his dad seems serious leftist and I like it!
