This mini-podcast series has been produced for a Communications course.

Podcast Rx'd is a podcast series revolved around the topic of Crossfit, but not specifically on the actual activity or sport of Crossfit. Instead it will focus on the lifestyle, community and the various non-physical aspects of the sport. In doing so, my goal for the podcast is to inspire others to become fit through the act of Crossfit and its lifestyle and community. Throughout the course of this podcast series, we will sit down with various coaches and gym owners to discuss how they are involved from a community perspective both inside their box and in the surrounding community. Also to be featured is a segment that follows a beginner Crossfit athlete as they progress from there foundations classes to there first few weeks as a Crossfit member. In addition, we will cover other Crossfit topics, such as nutrition, mobility and training gear. Lastly, each week we will announce a WOD for our listeners to complete, for the chance at winning some awesome prizes!
