Comforting

I enjoy the podcast and find the normality of mental illness comforting.

I Hide It Well ,

Life-saving.

No exaggeration --- this show is what keeps me afloat when things are at their worst. It's actually one of the only things I can handle listening to or watching to at those times, because it is so unflinchingly real and kind. I am so grateful to you Paul, and to your amazing guests.

Love this show!

A great show for people with all types of issues. I love listiening to people who can relate to and put into words their feelings much better than I ever could.
