I really enjoy listening to Dani’s podcast…it’s full of so many gems that will help you on your wellness journey. Following Dani’s tips over the past few weeks, I’ve added more protein in my diet and incorporated strength training which has made a huge difference to my body composition. I’m loving the results so far. The guest interviews and Q&A pods are always great to listen too as well.
