Absolutely Amazing

Nothing Much Happens has saved my sleep life. I’ve been through many podcasts, meditations and mindfulness activities I could find with no luck. But this podcast is interesting and soothing and sweet- I genuinely enjoy curling up under the covers listening to the stories! Every second Monday, I bounce to bed in anticipation of a new story to fall asleep to- and since I’m out before the story ends, I never get bored!

This is great.

My doctor recommended this a few weeks ago but only just started using it a few nights ago. I normally toss and turn for ages, trying to get to sleep but when listening to this I fall asleep straight away

The BEST.

I am always excited to sleep on a Monday night because that’s when I get to listen to a new story from Kathryn. Except, last night I don’t remember a single word that was said in the podcast! This truly does train your brain to get to sleep, and is so soothing that sleep comes so easy and you’re so relaxed when you do. Best podcast ever, and one that the whole world should know about!
