ParentSauce - The Why Behind The Mission

ParentSauce - The Why Behind The Mission

There are many different Sauces - from ConfidenceSauce to BossSauce, Entrepreneur Sauce to FamilySauce. I started with ParentSauce as I had many parents asking for advice through my website once they saw I had become a mother. I have now expanded the podcast to Get The Sauce. However, here is the original ParentSauce podcast for you so you can see where it started. It's my belief that if you want a confident child, you need to start with a confident you.

Having spent the last 17 years helping couples struggling with infertility issues, stay-at-home parents launching start-ups, mothers with fears surrounding pregnancy and birth, single parents navigating the minefield of dating, top executives in big businesses creating the ultimate work-life balance and coaching parents to bring up emotionally empowered children resilient to peer pressure I thought I would be prepared for parenthood. And although I had the knowledge, it was the implementation that needed fine tuning. Nothing quite prepares you for parenting and a supportive community that builds you up is key to success.
as a parent I found there was a lack of motivational resources from experts to help solve parenting problems while empowering, inspiring and motivating parents though fatigue, anxiety, confusion from conflicting advice and the unknown. I created GetTheSauce as an informative and motivational podcast - an entrepreneurial pick me up.

Why Sauce as a suffix, well that's because sauce adds intensity to the word that is already there. I know that parents listening are already doing the best they can with the tools they have, there is no judgement only respect for anyone embarking on the journey of parenthood. My role is to add more tools to the entrepreneurial box so anyone can take their life to the next level no matter where they started from.

I know in this fast paced world and as many if you are super busy you don’t have time to listen to hours of podcasts, so I have kept each episode short and to the point so you can dip in and out when you need at a time to suit you.

I look forward to hearing your opinions and sharing them (when appropriate of course), I want to hear about the ups and downs you have gone through on your journey and your questions which I will happily answer either with a personal viewpoint or with my coaching hat on.
