Acute Self-Awareness: The Cure or the Culprit in Anxiety? | Rosie Acosta, Radically Loved Radio

Acute Self-Awareness: The Cure or the Culprit in Anxiety? | Rosie Acosta, Radically Loved Radio

Ready to Launch Podcast sits down with Rosie Acosta, inspirational speaker, yoga & meditation teacher, holistic health coach, and the founder of Radically Loved Radio. In tough times, dealing with debilitating ANXIETY, DEPRESSION and AGORAPHOBIA, Rosie found support through PRAYER and MEDITATION, surprising to her given that was not SPIRITUAL whatsoever. She went from OVEREATING and being SEVERELY OVERWEIGHT and not even able to leave the house from fear of danger, to practicing YOGA and guiding others through their HOLISTIC HEALTH JOURNEYS. Rosie TRAVELS THE WORLD now, hosting wellness retreats and speaking at events to share her story and wisdom regarding the path of self-discovery, awareness, and discernment. Plus, what is the difference between being overly-sensitive and hypochondriacal, and being fully aware and in flawless communication with your body? Of course, I also ask her about her VEGANISM experience (this was one month ago, I had just seen what the health and was terrified but now I can say I am not).

Chit Chat About Podcasting, Business & Brand Development, Veganism and Psycho Dog Mom-ing | With Bailey & Jacci From the What Day Is It Podcast | + STORY TIME INTRO

Chit Chat About Podcasting, Business & Brand Development, Veganism and Psycho Dog Mom-ing | With Bailey & Jacci From the What Day Is It Podcast | + STORY TIME INTRO

In this episode of the Ready to Launch Podcast, we talk with Bailey Stanworth and Jacci Rai from the What Day Is It podcast! This conversation takes many directions but I honestly thought it was one of the most chill and entertaining episodes yet. We talk about psycho moments, being a crazy dog mom, veganism (I had so many questions about meat and dairy after watching what the health) and of course the main tea, starting a podcast. What goes into building a podcast? Will people care? How much work does it take? Bailey is the founder of Play Digital and State of Grace which she works on with Jacci (who originally started out working for Bailey before even pitching the idea of a podcast!) I love their story of how they went from business partners to gal pals, and how they have simultaneously grown their businesses, their podcast and their friendship.

Balance Your Masculine and Feminine Energy Through Spirituality & Psychology + What An Imbalance Might Be Attracting in Your Life | With Vienda Maria

Balance Your Masculine and Feminine Energy Through Spirituality & Psychology + What An Imbalance Might Be Attracting in Your Life | With Vienda Maria

In this episode of the Ready to Launch Podcast with Vienda Maria, female empowerment mentor and holistic living teacher, we get into her INCREDIBLE story (with lots of twists and turns) of how she got to where she is today. Vienda is a thought leader in the field of personal and spiritual growth and has created many top-selling modern/holistic lifestyle guides and courses for women looking to expand and become their most authentic selves. We get into what it means to be more in your masculine or more in your feminine and what an imbalance between the two might show up as in either case. We get into how an imbalance in your masculine or your feminine energies might affect your relationships and the type of people you are attracting into your life. Additionally, we get into the importance of living for the non-instagrammable moments, how years spent in the underground music festival industry helped to shape her opinion surrounding both the benefits and downsides of psychedelic drug use and what we both believe their place in the worlds of spirituality and mental health is today. Additionally, we get into the inner work she does with her clients and the reason why life demands that you do the inner work before your external circumstances are ready to change. AND SO MUCH MORE!

2020 MOTIVATION with Glow Boss CEO Carly Frei | Starting a Business in College, Following Her Passion & Moving to LA

2020 MOTIVATION with Glow Boss CEO Carly Frei | Starting a Business in College, Following Her Passion & Moving to LA

The first episode of 2020 for the Ready to Launch Podcast with Glow Boss founder and CEO, the gorgeous, 23-year-old Carly Frei.
How did Carly take her small one-girl business in just two years and make it into a national company with over 50 employees? We get into it all. Social media, scaling, hiring, getting the word out, making back initial costs through revenue... It is simultaneously the most impressive, yet relatable story I've heard in a while. Carly has an amazing way of making HUGE accomplishments sound like a walk in a park, truly a gift. I am so thrilled because of that to be able to share this episode with you guys for the first of the year. We also get into what our intentions are for 2020, everything from spirituality to our relationships and handling feedback and other people's opinions.
Carly is now based in Los Angeles and through Instagram is able to book plenty of celebrity clients, such as the Call Her Daddy girls (love them so much). She has created such a powerful brand and I can't wait to see where she takes it in the new year.

The Pursuit of An Unconventional Career Path + The Power of Community in Professional Development | Max Beaumont, Creator of TIME, Plus

In this episode with Max Beaumont, entrepreneur, app developer, creator of Plus & previous head of special projects to Jake Paul, we get into what it means to pursue an unconventional career path. What is an unconventional career path, how do we define it? What is to be gained from taking risks in your career and going down a path less defined? How should one deal with the doubt that comes along with carving your own path to success, whether it be self-doubt or the doubt of your peers? Next, we get into how Max knew that he wanted to create Plus, and the network/community of dreamers and seekers that it is comprised of. What is the importance of finding the right community to support you in your career endeavors along the way? How should we steer clear of isolating ourselves when trying to reach a goal and maintain a level of balance in our personal lives? What are the things that we can do as individuals to differentiate ourselves while trying to establish ourselves?

She's Here To Help You Succeed: Natalie Barbu Consulting Talks Personal Branding, Leaving Her Corporate Job, Youtube and the Real Reel Podcast | Natalie Barbu

You guys, I LOVED this episode with Natalie Barbu | Consultant, Youtuber, Host of the Real Reel podcast, engineer, and new resident of NYC, here to join us on the Ready to Launch podcast! Natalie has impressively built all of her platforms— her podcast, youtube channel, Instagram and her killer website— and we get into how she did all of it. When did she start? How soon was she able to scale? What kind of content did she make that allowed her to grow the most? Does making content for 500 people feel any different than making content for 50,000 people? On top of that, she is a consultant to other girls that want direction in building their own personal brands, start their own companies, podcasts, whatever it is, she's here to help them succeed, and she's sharing some her best advice! We also get into the story why she quit her corporate job, and how she knew it was the right thing to do, and how quitting her job affected her ability to grow her own brand even faster. Finally, we talk about why the path of becoming a digital creator is viewed differently than other traditional career paths are, and whether we think that will change in the future.
