Great insights.
Really interesting podcast - I like the attempt to demonstrate both sides of the argument and kinda leave the listener to make up their own mind which I appreciate. As pointed out by the slightly dramatic review below this one about the almond milk episode, dairy did seem to be overly glorified in that episode without much question.
