Conrad Goodhew is a performance dietitian based in Christchurch. Conrad himself has played sport since he was four, everything from rugby and cricket to squash and golf. He works with the Crusaders, weekend warriors and the general public that are trying to be the best version of themselves. Conrad can understand the pressures that sportsmen and women go through, both physiological and psychological. 
This week is International Men’s health week. The goal is to increase awareness of male health issues on a global level and to encourage institutions to develop health policies and services that meet the specific needs of men, boys, and their families. Conrad has a huge passion for men’s health and supporting men to open up and have conversations about the good, the bad and everything in between.
