In a world that is consumed with ‘self’, are we as Christian women supposed to practise self care? And if so, how do we do it in a Biblical way that keeps Christ at the centre?

With Perimenopause and it’s often debilitating symptoms starting around the age of 35, knowing how to care for our bodies can mean the difference between misery and truly living a life to the glory of Christ in all aspects of life (marriage, parenting, career, friends, community, etc.)

True self care is nothing other than good stewardship of our bodies. It’s a selfless act that requires self-discipline and commitment. It includes not only good nutrition and movement, but most importantly pockets of white space, filled with the truth of God and reflecting on His Word and being in close relation with Him.

This podcast explores Godly femininity, Perimenopause & Hormonal Health, Self-stewardship, Christianity and a life empowered by His grace and the Truth of God’s Word.

Together we’ll dive into how to practically LIVE God’s truth in your health, marriage, family, business/career and community.

I’m honoured to have you here.... xx
