My new favourite!

I've been a follower of Jules for a while now, so I knew this would be a great podcast. I've just listened to the first 3 episodes and I know this will be one of my ongoing faves. The biggest takeaway for me is that no one is perfect, and nobody is trying to be. It's about better choices and steps in the right direction to improve your health and wellbeing.
