    S. 2 Ep. 15: Kingdom Vessels

In the validated rage and anger of the recent weeks of racial injustice in America, I offer an insight in the importance of knowing that as a Kingdom Vessel how does one respond? S. 2 Ep. 14: Idols

    S. 2 Ep. 14: Idols

In this episode I talk about the things that sometimes distract us from what God has purposed us to do and most importantly distracts us from God. Idols can come in the form of us positioning ourselves a the masters of our own fate, putting our careers as the end all be all, placing humans as the head of our lives and so much more. The danger of this is that it can become difficult to hear what God’s true will is for our calling and our lives.

    S. 2 Ep. 13: An audience of 1

    S. 2 Ep. 13: An audience of 1

In this season, it is so important to be in the secret place of God. It is an important time for an audience with God.  The most important voice in our lives is the voice of God. In this episode, I speak about tangible ways that you can ensure you are spending time with God. I share several things that sometimes keep us away from His presence. Whether you own a social impact organization, a ministry, a business, etc. you need to hear what God is saying concerning your life and the steps and decisions you have to make. The only way this can happen is by honoring His presence with intention and enabling an environment that ushers in an audience of 1.

Here are some ways you can ensure you are having 1:1 time with God.

    1.    Yearn for the secret place: (Psalm 91). It must be something we yearn for in our hearts is to be in God's presence.

    2.    Designate the place: (Matthew 14:23). It is important to have a set time and place where you meet God.

    3.    Get rid of Idols: (Ezekiel 14): Anything that distracts us in any way from God is an idol and it is important to shift them and put God first.

    4.    Take God seriously: Now more than ever we have to treat God with reverence that He deserves.

    5.    Be in the company of believers: Surround yourself with other children of God who are like minded, can uplift your spirit and help you grow.

    S. 2 Ep. 12: Narratives & Confessions

    S. 2 Ep. 12: Narratives & Confessions

In this episode I talk about narratives that you are telling yourself and confessions that you are declaring in the atmosphere. I believe that these two things are what will help us make it through the season. I share some of the ways you can remain aligned with God's wish for your life in this season.

When you wake up in the morning say who you are and whose you are by speaking your narrative of who God says you are, in your heart.

Decree, declare and command your day by your confessions.

When you are faced with opposition, declare your confessions.

When someone speaks something over you that isn’t of God, reaffirm your narrative to yourself and reject their declaration by speaking your confession.

Listen to praise and worship music and dance for God .

Read the word of God and use it to refuel your spirit and when you need new narratives and confessions take bible verses from the word of God.
