I guess I’m officially in the Glargh-Gegh community now

Like OSW, these lads have good chemistry together and it’s always a great listen.

The show is a good overall critique of the attitude era. The attitude era often gets looked back on with rose-tinted glasses, but these guys aren’t afraid to point out the attitude era’s short-comings as well as its highlights.

I missed a chunk of the attitude era from mid 2000 to mid 2001 when I went to work in Korea after finishing university. I used to try and keep up with story lines on the internet back then, so I have a vague idea of what happened. It’s been great to hear it told by this podcast. It’s even made me go and watch some of these old PPVs on the network.

AE podcast from a long term perspective

The AE podcast used to be one of the best wrestling review podcasts around, 3 guys having fun watching and reviewing wrestling, making jokes and just enjoyed the ride. I'd recommend the entirety of the attitude era reviews they did.
Recently they have turned a little bit too much into SJW advocates, while which fine as it is their podcast, but is a bit of a turn off when something fun and light hearted becomes more preachy and focused heavily on pointing out what they feel to be sexism or misogyny or transphobia or what have you.
Overall a good listen, used to be a really enjoyable listen 3 and a 1/2 stars with their new stuff, 5 stars with their old stuff
