Excellent podcast
I have just started listening and I am a few episodes in. So well done, Melanie Read as usual is doing an amazing investigative journalism job.
Justice for Lachie
That’s what this beautiful precious little boy deserves. And that’s what I hope will come from the Coroners inquest. Thank you for doing this podcast in such a professional, empathetic and informative way Melanie. It honours little Lachie 🕊️
The police should be ashamed
So incredibly sad for all involved the police namely Cynthia Fairley have tragically let Lachie and this family down. It’s unbelievable the incompetence and the utter disregard of making sure all circumstances we’re investigated for Lachie and his family. The buck stops with Cynthia Fairley, for Cynthia to blame lower ranked police under her watch shows Cynthia’s incompetence and lack of backbone. Bullies like Cynthia in any workplace need to be moved on, in this case this poor family and Lachie may never rest and have some peace from this tragic loss. Either way the family and Lachie deserved to have had a through investigation and answers, sadly they will never have this. Excellent investigative journalism.
