    Hello and Welcome back to episode 122 of The Corinne Nijjer Podcast! This
    week 77 year old Esther Loveridge is back on the show to give us a bit of
    an update (Esther shared her story back on episode 54 so make sure you
    check that out!). Esther is one of my greatest inspirations, not only has
    she lost more than double her own body weight and kept it off, but she went
    from needing to have both knees replaced, to travelling the globe on foot
    with her lovely husband Ben! Esther is so deeply passionate about helping
    to spread the word about a whole food, plant-based diet because she has
    seen first hand what can happen when we begin to fuel our bodies with
    nutrient dense, plant-foods. There is so much more to Esther’s story and so
    much more success since we last spoke, so I hope you enjoy listening to
