My absolute favourite health & nutrition podcasts !!!

These are the most informative, interesting podcasts I listen to - every single one of them. I can not recommend them enough and they’ve become a library of evidenced based knowledge for me told by such expert guests. Thankyou so much Hazel ... please keep them coming !! From all the way down under in NZ!!! Leanne 💕

Best nutrition teaching I’ve had!

As a medical student from New Zealand this is the best teaching on nutrition and lifestyle medicine! So often learn that NCDs should be managed with lifestyle changes first line, yet we don’t get taught about the impact of diet and exercise on the body beyond a very superficial level. Having evidence based research presented in this podcast gives us the resources to be able to help patients with this very important aspect of management.
