Reflecting on 2021; The future of The Hypertrophy Hub: #183

Reflecting on 2021; The future of The Hypertrophy Hub: #183

This episode I'm flying solo reflecting on 2021. In short, I spent the last year focusing on growing as a coach, conducting research at AUT for my honors thesis and keep a healthy work life balance.

The podcast will be returning in early 2022, likely twice a month at the beginning.

Thanks to everyone who's listened and supported me over the years, I'm grateful to be coming back.
