Great podcast, excellent information for keto bodybuilding

I can't endorse Robert, Keto savage, enough for the quality of his information that he shares about the Ketogenic way of eating. His passion for Keto and bodybuilding are evident and he shares this with the audience in a way that is relatable, answering all the questions that you have along the way. Robert lives and breathes this lifestyle and is an excellent advocate for the Keto community. I have found the information he shares invaluable in my own prep for competing and I would not have been as successful as I am without that advice. Great guests, meaningful content, what more could you want? Love it - keep it up Keto Savage!
