DCaselli ,

It’s even for multi sport athletes

This is a great training support tool, even for multi sport (run, bike, paddle) athletes. The series has been great for running up my overall commitment to perform to my max, and to fuel my body to help achieve this. Great podcast - keep up the great work Brad.

Bite size suits me

This Podcast is a recent find. At this time I love the dedicated mostly single topic episode. I find them easy to retain a clear out take from each of them. Will probably save most episodes.
