First found these guys when I was looking for interviews with Dr Stacy Sims and have been an avid listener since! They have great guests, ask insightful & intelligent questions that help bring the most value to the listener. Highly recommend!!

I’ve followed these boys since way back when they interviewed big Kevin Manuel after he went to the crossfit games. Have loved following their journey, and feel like I’ve joined them for parts of theirs! Especially moving from a crossfit junkie to a much more balanced life now. And in a weird coincidence I also had a Covid baby so have enjoyed listening to some of Raph’s yarns about fatherhood. MMP FO’ LYF.
One of the best podcasts in the fitness realm!
Hands down one of my favourite podcasts going. There’s such a huge variety of content on here to be consumed- from keeping up-to-date with the current fitness trends to, nutrition, mindset, to running a business. There’s so much to dive into here and these guys deliver every single time! I have so much love for this show.
