Thank you Mindful Kind

Have only recently started listening to Mindful Kind and I’m loving it. I started with the most recent episodes but have now gone back to the very start. I have an hour commute into work and listening to an episode in the morning really helps me set the right tone for the day. If I have than had a tough day I will also listen on the way home and it puts everything into perspective. Many thanks for your weekly inspiration and sharing.
