    • Fiction

Hey There Sinister Sitizens,

Thanks for tuning in to another episode of Sinister Soup! Today we give a shoutout to Jakephilips116, a voice actor specializing in Southern/Country interpretations of Shakespearian script, and Yuriko J. Designs, a Japanese/Hawaiin illustrator, artist, painter, and book store owner from the island of Kauai. Follow these awesome folks at the links provided!

Our film this week is The Northman by Robert Eggers and friends. This film is a dark Nordic interpretation of Shakespeare, Norse mythology, and the overall concepts of vengeance and vice.

Finally, we have our video game of the week which is the famed Skyrim installment of the Elder Scrolls Franchise. Fitting the themes of nordic myth and fantasy/horror adventure, it’s the perfect game to play after watching Alexander Skaarsgard slaughter people and scream for two hours straight.

As always, thanks for being our listeners, we greatly appreciate ya’ll. Please follow and support the awesome content linked below, and if you want to follow us, you can get those links at the bottom of the page. Til’ next week, have a good one sitizens :).

Game of the Week:

This is a funny take on a playthrough of Skyrim, since there are thousands of Twitch streamers doing run-throughs of this game every day. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CPM-4-e9hpM
