Nearly 30 years after it's exit from our screens, we return to the world of X-Men the Animated Series, but instead of rebooting or re-imagining, we're jumping back in to the very next season of this beloved show. Xavier is dead, the world has changed and old enemies are now to become new allies. All in almost the exact same animation style from so long ago! Its mutant power is nostalgia, and hot damn it's an omega level threat!



Dion and Jill are leading the X-men in the field, while Quinny is sitting in the chair rubbing his bald temple. Peta is one of the innocent human bystanders we all swear to protect.

A band of mutants use their uncanny gifts to protect a world that hates and fears them; they're challenged like never before, forced to face a dangerous and unexpected new future.

Monkey back to punch more Lizard! Only now Lizard upstairs, monkey downstairs, so monkey punch other monkeys instead. Other monkeys are bad monkeys. Monkey need Lizard to help punch other monkeys oh and other lizard. in end all monkeys punch all lizards and all monkeys punch all other monkeys. Humans are there too.  Dan Stevens is also in this film and he is transcendent of all "monkey punch lizard" discourse... he is on a different level of cinematic reality entirely. In this podcast we are counting down to look deep into the heart of the universe and see which of us blinks first. For once, that result isn’t a forgone conclusion. 3bodyproblem is the new netflix show based on the hugely popular book series the "Remembrance of Earth's Past" trilogy by Liu Cixin.
