In Season 2, Episode 4 of Things I’m Working On, I talk with Mindy Previtera from Petrelli Previtera Law about prenuptial agreements. In our conversation we cover the basics of what a prenuptial agreement is and what can be included in it, I also ask very specific questions about what happens during a divorce in certain situations, what counts as premarital property, who should be thinking about getting a prenuptial agreement, and how much it costs to get one.
