We were right in the middle of absolute turmoil...
Clearance rates plummeted, buyers weren't pulling the trigger, and prices were dropping.
Then, all of a sudden, BANG! Prices start going up.
It defies logic. How is it possible? We've had 10 rate rises in a row.
On Tuesday there's a chance that there might not be a rate rise. There's no decision that's been made.
What would I do right now if I was the seller? I'd put my home on the market. There's not a lot of stock. There's not a lot of stock. You'll get good money.
