Shifting unsustainable habits, REALLY

I have been really impacted by the episode in your podcast about coffee.

I have to admit that I love coffee. And I’ve been ‘aware’ of the impacts of it on my physiology but have been ignoring these for the sake of the brief joy I got from drinking coffee… After listening to the episode, I got REALLY present to the effects… I’ve not had coffee or caffeine for two days. And while it’s only been two days, I’m finding that I’m actually really thirsty!! I never realised how dehydrated I was! And better yet, now I find I’m actually enjoying the taste of water….

I wanted to say thank you for sharing your insights and wisdom and for having such compelling guests on your show. This has finally shifted an unsustainable habit for me and I’m really grateful and delighted!
