Customer Reviews
If you listen to any weightlifting podcast, make it this one
Greg and Ursula are not only entertaining but also incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve found it so useful in my own development as a coach and athlete.
Great content
Production values aside, this podcast has the most informative content for weight lifters that I've come across.
Totally worth a listen
Probably one of the best weightlifting podcasts around. Worth every minute. Only downside is having to wait 2 weeks between episodes.
