How to REALLY Love Your Body & Your Food

I have been consuming all of the episodes of the podcast since discovering it about a month ago and feel I owe these ladies a review. Noelle and Stefani provide a no-nonsense approach to health and wellness and I have appreciated their honesty from the start. I personally went through a health issue that required a restrictive diet about a year ago and I’ve been having issues with food ever since. I found “The Paleo Women Podcast” at exactly the right moment and I truly owe them the fact that I am starting to love my body again, am no longer abusing myself through food and feel GOOD about eating foods I thought were “bad” following my restriction. I’m now focusing on loving myself, giving my body whatever foods I crave and seeing all aspects of my physical, emotional and spiritual health improve, as well as my relationships. Much love--I truly feel like Noelle and Stefani are friends and I cherish our “girl time” each week.

Such a great podcast - Love listning to both of them, the content is spot on

Listning from New Zealand and SUPER excited to have found this podcast last week. I have been listning back to back to 2-3 episodes per day while I work as a landscaper. I have learnt so much already! I am excited to start implementing some strategies and tweaks to increase my health, my performance but most of all - love and kindness for my body.
