Jim is a jack of all trades when it comes to his mentoring. He talks about things like exercise, fitness, and diet, but also finding your passion, being in a state of flow, and how to use the two sides of your brain in making decisions. One thing he’s really big on is not being overly regimented with any one exercise or wellness technique. His approach is do what feels right, when it feels right - and don’t beat yourself up if you don’t quite achieve what you wanted to.
This is business and life advice for everyday people. Jim’s relaxed approach makes improvement seem really achievable, instead of some far-off goal.  He’s encouraging and funny, and provides a really good reminder that you don’t have to do absolutely everything in order to make progress.
