#123 Hunter Johnson and Zac Seidler Dyl & Friends

    • Sport

The interview you are about to hear contains a discussion around some pretty complex topics, including suicidal ideations. My guest and I are by no means mental health professionals, so please be mindful that we are sharing our own personal views, opinions and stories. If you think this is likely to be triggering or to cause you distress in anyway, please consider whether this is the right episode for you. Need Support? If you, or anyone you know requires urgent assistance or support, please contact: Lifeline: 13 11 14.

This week on Dyl & Friends, I'm joined by staples in the Dyl & Friends community, Hunter Johnson and Zac Seidler. If you've listened to any of the three previous episodes that features Hunter and Zac, you'll know they're both involved with the mens mental health space in Man Cave and Movember, respectively. We spoke about the importance of Movember, previous life experiences that challenged us greatly and some of the values we try to live by. The boys were incredibly generous in giving, not only their time, but their vulnerability and openness in a month that celebrates positive self-exploration. I absolutely loved connecting with Zac and Hunter. Their outlook on life is extremely progressive and I'm drawn to the idealogies they harness. I also look up to the positive impact they are having on all kinds of individuals in their own spaces. Alright, Lesssgooo.
