    #124 Julien Moussi

This week on Dyl & Friends I'm joined by hospitality mogul, Julien Moussi. Moussi is an ex-footballer that turned a humble coffee truck into a 30 million dollar cafe empire. Moussi went from playing footy at Box Hill to owning and directing 40+ venues that range from cafe's to major pubs like the recently opened Hotel Collingwood in Melbourne and his coffee roasting business, Inglewood. Moussi's work ethic and ability to stay humble is one of the main reasons I wanted to host him at the studio and unpack his journey up until now. I hope you guys enjoy this chat and thank you again to Moussi for joining me.

#123 Hunter Johnson and Zac Seidler

The interview you are about to hear contains a discussion around some pretty complex topics, including suicidal ideations. My guest and I are by no means mental health professionals, so please be mindful that we are sharing our own personal views, opinions and stories. If you think this is likely to be triggering or to cause you distress in anyway, please consider whether this is the right episode for you. Need Support? If you, or anyone you know requires urgent assistance or support, please contact: Lifeline: 13 11 14.

This week on Dyl & Friends, I'm joined by staples in the Dyl & Friends community, Hunter Johnson and Zac Seidler. If you've listened to any of the three previous episodes that features Hunter and Zac, you'll know they're both involved with the mens mental health space in Man Cave and Movember, respectively. We spoke about the importance of Movember, previous life experiences that challenged us greatly and some of the values we try to live by. The boys were incredibly generous in giving, not only their time, but their vulnerability and openness in a month that celebrates positive self-exploration. I absolutely loved connecting with Zac and Hunter. Their outlook on life is extremely progressive and I'm drawn to the idealogies they harness. I also look up to the positive impact they are having on all kinds of individuals in their own spaces. Alright, Lesssgooo.

    #122 Darcy Vescio

    #122 Darcy Vescio

This week on Dyl & Friends, I'm pleased to bring you all a chat with an awesome friend and champion footballer, Darcy Vescio. Darc is coming off a stellar season with the Blues picking up the league goal-kicking award as well as a best and fairest. She was truly special this year and set new benchmarks for the ever-growing AFLW competition. If you've been living under a rock and aren't too familiar with Darcy's career, she played a marquee role in launching the AFLW competition, quite literally, with a best-on-ground display in the first ever official AFLW game against Collingwood. Since the inception of AFLW, Darcy has been a key figure on and off the field bringing the game forward. Most notably, she was central in fighting for improved conditions and salaries for the Women's competition. I learnt a lot sitting down with Darc and hearing about the nuts and bolts of AFLW as well as her own journey into the sport. Can't thank Darc enough for coming in and catching up! Lesssssgooooo.

This week on Dyl and Friends I'm joined by Lululemon and Movember Ambassador Dan Price.
As Dyl and Friends listeners may already know I'm taking part in Movember movement this month to raise money for men's health's issues so what better time to have the incredible Dan Price come on the show. Dan has had his own mental health struggles and was extremely generous in sharing his story and why Movember is so important to him. I won't say much more now as this is Dan's story to tell you, but I will say I couldn't be more grateful for his honestly and openness and am really pleased to be sharing today's episode with you all.
