In this release, Anastasia invited a fellow volunteer from Germany, Johanna Sturm to discuss what is a sustainable development for her personally and to get you guys more familiar with the whole concept. Johanna shares how she grew more passionate into this topic, explained why is it important to think bigger about the environment than just recycling and gave the tips on how to start to live a more sustainable life. 

Today, I have invited a practicing psychologist Nane Ispas to discuss how anxiety affects us, how can we survive through it, especially nowadays. We figure out the best tools that can be at our disposal to minimize the harmful effect and look at how to change perspective of seeing the anxiety and stress.

In our second episode we, Tebea and Anastasia, ask each other questions about the emotional experiences in our lives. We dig more into each other's past relationships’ breakthroughs, talk about how important is it to be honest with ourselves and keep a path that is best personally for you, how helping people around you can develop you in a significant way.
