    Collaboration and Community got me through the challenging market in 2008, which is exactly what I prescribe for mortgage and real estate professionals in today's market.

    To this day, I have several very deep and valuable relationships from those days, sitting in circles with other mortgage and real estate professionals, talking about what's working, what's not, and what we should be focusing on in the future.

    I realized the other day that I spend more than 10 hours a week collaborating, brainstorming, sharing, and caring about how this market impacts those around me.
