Collaboration and Community got me through the challenging market in 2008, which is exactly what I prescribe for mortgage and real estate professionals in today's market.

Claude.ai chatbots for loan officers will be essential to your daily mortgage business once you discover how much time it can save you!

In this video, I do a quick review of the previous Claude.ai, which used my DISC profile and Marketing DNA test results to craft lead generation ideas and, most importantly, management and motivational ideas for loan officers dragged down by this complicated market.

I am demonstrating how to add attachments to Claude.ai to create content from PDFs, and maybe most exciting, I created a prompt to turn this powerful AI tool into an Underwriter Bot to answer questions about VA underwriting guidelines.
