In this episode, Dr. Charlotte Chambers, a principal analyst for the Association of Salaried Medical Specialists (ASMS), shares her research into the rates of presenteeism, burnout, and bullying among senior doctors. Dr Chambers has a strong research interest in understanding why women, who work in medicine are disproportionately affected by burnout and the role of gender more broadly in medical culture.
