Jared Gradinger is a Berlin-based interdisciplinary artist working in the fields of performance, dance, social art and Nature. This meditation accompanies his article Everything became a garden: Co-creating with non-human participants. Enjoy moving along to Jared’s take on creative nature researcher Machelle Small-Wright‘s practice of 'object meditation‘, where everything, human and not, is deemed to be "of Nature, contains consciousness and we have the potential to communicate with it."
