Eddie Winder is the President of Win-Tron Electronics, a family-owned wholesale marine electronics supplier. Eddie's father, Bill Winder, started Win-Tron back in 1974 as a small retail supply store in New Jersey.
Over it's decades in business, Win-Tron has grown to become one of the top marine supplies distributors in the United States. Eddie and his team have done this by providing outstanding customer service. Win-Tron's customer centric philosophy translates to the unique benefits it gives to its dealers. Dave Marciano is best known as a cast member with the hit reality TV Show Wicked Tuna on the National Geographic Channel. For much longer than that, he was known as Captain of the fishing vessel Hard Merchandise. 
Dave has been fishing for decades, and long before the TV series aired, fishermen around Gloucester knew the name Dave Marciano. 
Despite his celebrity status, Dave is still very much a working man who makes his living off of the ocean. He is also a father who invests into the upbringing of his children.

Ken Clinton is the President of Intrepid Power Boats, and has been running the company for ten years.
He started working at Intrepid back in 1991 after spending time working on submarines in Groton, Connecticut. 
Under Ken's leadership, Intrepid has pushed the boundaries of what people would expect from an outboard boat manufacturer bringing innovations that have separated it from virtually all of its competition. 
Intrepid brings customization to the extreme, and no two Intrepid Power Boats are the same. Prior to building an Intrepid, Ken and his team create a full scale model of the boat and how it should look from the inside.

Pat Healey is the President of Viking Yachts, and he lives and breathes Viking. Pat's worked at Viking since he was ten years old, working part time for his father. He's held every single job at the company from Janitor to President, and his passion for his craft seeps through every fiber of his being. 
Today, Pat is at the top of his game. Viking recently won best in show at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show with its beautiful 54' Convertible. 
Pat, and the Viking team, might make success look easy, but its been anything but. Each Viking Yacht is painstakingly constructed to the highest specifications. Everything is planned to a T. 
In this interview, Pat and Chris talk about the Viking story and how the company got to where it is today. They talk about Pat's passion for sport fishing, and how Viking uses fishing tournaments to inform the design of its boats.

John Thommen is the founder and CEO of Ocean Marketing, Inc, one of the most highly respected marketing agencies in the boating and maritime industry. 
Growing up in Norwalk, Connecticut, John started boating at a young age with his grandfather. He worked in boat yards as a kid and gained a real passion for being on the water. 
John cut his teeth as a salesman working for Motorola, and went through the prestigious Xerox sales training school. He got his start in the Marine industry after attending a talk by Peter Sutton, who sailed around the world on the Yankee. Peter was a marine manufacturer's representative, and he introduced John to the industry. 
Today, John runs one of the most highly sought after manufacturer's representation agencies in the industry, and he is responsible for bringing many of the boating products you probably know and love to store shelves. 
John has an encyclopedic knowledge of boating and boating safety. In this conversation, we get into John's advice for new boaters, his insights on the industry, and where he sees the industry going.
