#4 - Interview Driven Career Development
Many of us don’t realize the importance of thinking in terms of future interviews when you’re working in your first years as a professional. At certain point it becomes more relevant to be much better prepared for an interview.
In this episode I give 5 recommendations to ease the job for future interviews for significant better positions or places.
Keep track of your work
Save your performance reviews
Write blog posts/articles
Be open to apply to new tech companies (even if not interested in them/doing well in your current place)
Constantly ask for recommendations -
#3 - Overcoming the fear for refactoring
In this episode I give my three reasons (could be more for sure) of why developers could be reluctant to do refactors more frequently:
Lack of knowledge of what is good and what is bad code.
Think that someone could be offended by redoing previously done code
Fear of breaking things
Addressing technical debt also in big part in our own hands as developers. It's our duty to keep our kitchen clean.

#2 - The YAGNI Fairy
"You Aren't Gonna Need It" is a mantra sometimes difficult to grasp. In this episode I give my opinion on why is the case.
Definition reference taken from Martin Fowler's article
*Clarification: At some point I said "Cascading methodology", I meant "Waterfall methodology" -
#1 - My reasons for starting a podcast
In this first episode I give my reasons (mostly personal) about why it's good for a software developer to start a podcast.
Points like development of communication soft skill, improve English fluency for non-native speakers and personal branding develpment.
