Christophe Cop is the brain behind Konsolidate, a startup from Antwerp whose work is based on Solid - a decentralisation project that allows people to regain control over their personal data.
Christophe, who holds a university degree in psychology and has vast knowledge in Data Science, talks about the opportunities he has to put his knowledge into practice with his work with Konsolidate. Using a special hiring management software that meets the highest standards in GDPR, legal compliance is protected: No applications are sent via email to ensure GDPR and streamlines the whole recruiting process. Furthermore, the interview is designed so that no personal questions, e.g. regarding the individuals’ health, will be asked.
