This dark comedy follows the strange true story of Wanda Holloway, who was accused in Channelview Texas in 1991. Holloway was accused of hiring a hitman to kill Verna Heath, the mother of Holloway’s daughter’s supposed cheerleading rival. And then everyone tried to cash in, including Holloway and Heath. It’s a bizarre movie, and a bizarre story. But it stars Holly Hunter, and we love her!
