Lax Drivas, is one of our new trainers at F45, his heart is so BIG, he had to be a part of The Mlrcp podcast. Coach Lax is destined for v.i.p heaven. Ryan Wittig, is currently a account manager in tech that is related to fitness, he also is a F45 trainer at the studio I train at.
