Paddy is a former military engineer and the author of Drumanagh: The Lost City of Menapia. The story of Drumanagh goes as far back as Irish history itself. Who were the first settlers there? Where did they come from? What is the connection between Drumanagh and Ireland's legendary warrior Cuchulainn? This lively and often hilarious interview features Ross talking about his 20-year association with the drums, from his back garden garage to his many local bands such as 'Sarcosis', 'Crafty Fuzz and his current band 'Stitch Jones'. A tireless worker, Ross has gigged in many local pubs and festivals as well as numerous Dublin City venues. A witty and energetic soul, Riss also tells Cormac about growing up in Rush and the start of his gigging life in the local Cricket Club.
