Simon Dalrymple is a recruiter at the Sydney Swans F.C in the AFL. Simon has a great journey from teaching, head coaching, development and current recruiting philosophies. Simon was Head of recruiting during the time that the Western Bulldogs were crowned  Premiers in 2016.
