Taking the Driver's Seat in Life Penpoint Your Perspective podcast

    • Arte

No stranger to the anguish that traumatic loss and events can bring, Jay Floyd has chosen to bring his pain to the pages of his books to inspire his readers to demand more for their lives.

Living with PTSD and maternal panic disorder has led Floyd to write, speak, and create a complementary interactive workshop for his latest book, The Driver’s Seat: Climb out of Life's Back Seat and Step into Your God-given Purpose that addresses the need for getting unstuck and redefining your life’s purpose. Determined to lift the veils created by insecurities, inadequacies, and the obstacles we encounter on a daily basis, Floyd encourages his readers and workshop attendees to revisit the need to step back into the current moment and express gratitude for the things they have. In adopting that sense of mindfulness and gratefulness, his clients learn to center themselves and find the peace they’ve been longing for.

Floyd has also authored The Poet Who Watched the Parade and The Unofficial Guide to Fatherhood, which can both be purchased on Amazon.  Floyd can be reached at jayfloyd1@gmail. His Facebook handle is @JayFloydSpeaksLife and his Instagram handle is @JayFloydSpeaks.
