SO glad to have found you ! as i live on a hill overlooking the sea in a simple village in the north of peru where i am studying mindfulness CBT , nutrition, mind function and neuroplasticity kindness compassion empathy with a sprinkling of tiny habits! (via internet obviously! there's nothing like this up here..! ) as i feel SEL educación combined with CBT and mindfulness might be the only way to do away with the corruption and lost ethics our people suffer... and 'know yr brain know you life' is fundamental!! as is ping pong a great sport...although my kids champion sports people surf and ex-box
