Deonna Purrazzo vs. Thunder Rosa (Preshow Match)


Winner: Purrazzo with a rollup using the ropes. A fine match, very strategic. Purrazzo was brilliant!

Cage of Agony vs. The Acclaimed (Preshow Match)


Winner: The Acclaimed with an inside cradle. A fun match, folks. The Acclaimed were fantastic!

Roderick Strong (c) vs. Will Ospreay (AEW International Title Match)


Winner: Ospreay with the Stormbreaker. A new champion in a good match. Ospreay is phenomenal!

Adam Cole Returns? MJF Returns Huge Pop


Adam Cole made his return, and the crowd went wild. MJF also returned with a huge pop. Great moments, huge moments!

Bang Bang Gang (c) vs. Death Triangle (Unified AEW World Trios Title Match)


Winner: Bang Bang Gang with the Blade Runner, thanks to Juice Robinson. They retained in a fun match. So much action!

“Timeless” Toni Storm (c) vs. Serena Deeb (AEW Women’s World Title Match)


Winner: Storm with Storm Zero. She retains in a fun match. Great chemistry, folks!

Orange Cassidy vs. Trent Beretta


Winner: Cassidy with a rollup. A fine match, classic Cassidy! Very entertaining!

Chris Jericho (c) vs. Hook vs. Katsuyori Shibata (FTW Rules match for the FTW Title)


Winner: Jericho with the Judas Effect. He retains in a match. Jericho always delivers!

Jon Moxley vs. Konosuke Takeshita (IWGP World Heavyweight Title Eliminator Match)


Winner: Moxley with the Death Rider. A decent match, nothing too special. Moxley was okay.

Adam Copeland (c) vs. Malakai Black (Barbed Wire Steel Cage Match for the AEW TNT Title)


Winner: Copeland with a crossface using barbed wire. He retains in a rough match. Gangrel showing up was a highlight!

Willow Nightingale (c) vs. Mercedes Moné (AEW TBS Title Match)


Winner: Moné with the Mone Maker. She wins the title in a disappointing match. Not great, folks.

Swerve Strickland (c) vs. Christian Cage (AEW World Title Match)


This match was such a slog. We didn't even watch the ending, but Swerve retained the title. Not their best work.

Main Event: The Elite vs. Team AEW (Anarchy in the Arena Match)


Folks, we didn't watch this match. Too much going on, but we hear it was wild!

WWE King and Queen of the Ring 2024 Reviews:

Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill (c) vs. Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell (WWE Women’s Tag Team Title Match) (Preshow Match)


Winner: Belair and Cargill with a DDT/Suplex thing to retain. Kind of messy, but they got the job done!

Becky Lynch (c) vs. Liv Morgan (WWE Women’s World Title Match)


Winner: Morgan with Oblivion to win the title in a pretty good match. Liv Morgan is the new champion, folks!

Bronson Reed vs. Sami Zayn (c) vs. Chad Gable (WWE Intercontinental Title Match)


Winner: Zayn with a Helluva Kick on Reed to retain in a good match. Sami Zayn is phenomenal!

Lyra Valkyria (Raw) vs. Nia Jax (SmackDown) (Queen of the Ring tournament finals)


Winner: Jax with the Annihilator in a good match. Nia Jax is unstoppable!

Gunther (Raw) vs. Randy Orton (SmackDown) (King of the Ring tournament finals)


Winner: Gunther with a crucifix pin. Was it a botch? Who knows, but Gunther won in a fun match!

Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Logan Paul (Undisputed WWE Title Match)


Winner: Rhodes with 3 Cross Rhodes to retain in a pretty good match. Cody Rhodes is still our champion!
